Requirements
  • High School Graduate/GED; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance
  • NMLS/SAFE
  • At least 1 active license or at a minimum, the ability to be licensed without having to retake the SAFE exam
  • Candidate should not be within a reasonable commuting distance from a Freedom Mortgage call center/licensed branch (typically more than 75 miles)
Responsibilities
  • Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program
  • Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and takes the initial loan application
  • Clearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process
  • Ensures all required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner
  • Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant
  • Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI’s set by Management
  • Is responsive to customers’ needs and expectations
  • Has excellent communication skills and is clear, concise, and professional when speaking with customers
  • Is eager to develop knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
  • Has strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintains a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
  • Adheres to shift requirements
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
