We are looking for a Gaming Producer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role you will oversee and coordinate the development and delivery of high-quality game features. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal force in steering the project through its lifecycle and ensuring that all components come together seamlessly to create an engaging gaming experience. This role requires alignment with client’s best practices and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support cross-functional teams through all stages of game development, ensuring milestones are met with high quality.
- Organize and conduct effective team meetings, ensuring clarity of action items and follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including task prioritization, dependency management, and workflow optimization.
- Engage in regular planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review processes to ensure continual team alignment.
- Facilitate clear and collaborative communication between all team members and stakeholders.
- Uphold a high standard of quality, applying a player-first mindset to all development aspects.
- Proactively identify risks and strategize towards successful resolutions.
- Cultivate an inclusive environment, welcoming diverse perspectives and encouraging team cohesion.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in game production, demonstrating a successful track record in a similar role.
- Proficient with project management tools and methodologies, capable of tracking complex projects across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of art production and outsourcing, with the ability to navigate through creative development challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Prior experience with agile development practices, understanding the principles and their application to ensure productive team dynamics.
- A proven history of shipping game features, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $65,000 to $75,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
