Decoda Health offers an AI-native, all-in-one EMR and practice management platform for elective care clinics (like med spas and aesthetic practices). The system unifies scheduling, charting, billing, payments, inventory, and patient communication in a single interface, with AI workflows such as a 24/7 AI front desk, ambient scribe, and automated follow-ups. It differentiates itself by embedding AI into every workflow and focusing on elective care with a unified solution; it’s already live in 150+ clinics processing over $100 million annually. Its goal is to modernize clinic operations so providers can spend more time on patient care, delivering a SaaS solution for solo practitioners to multi-location franchises.

Hybrid Work Options
Decoda Health, founded by Daniyal Afzal and Kevin Cheng in 2023, has raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding backed by Y Combinator. The startup develops AI-driven medical assistants to help healthcare providers manage administrative tasks including medical coding, billing, scheduling, and patient follow-ups. The founders bring backgrounds in fintech and radiology-tech machine learning. Personal experience motivated their venture: Afzal's father, a general surgeon, lost months of wages due to billing fraud and financial opacity in healthcare. Decoda Health's AI assistants automate routine administrative work, aiming to reduce documentation time and eliminate unnecessary visits. The company focuses on improving accuracy whilst reducing administrative burden, allowing healthcare providers to dedicate more time to patient care.
Decoda Health raised a $4.5M seed round led by Y Combinator to build the AI-native operating system for the next generation of clinical care.
JustPaid has added several accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) reporting features to its platform that helps small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) manage their finances. These new features join the company’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform that helps businesses make, receive and track payments; understand their finances; and identify opportunities, JustPaid said in a Tuesday (March 19) press release. “With the new reporting features, financial controllers, credit managers, sales managers, auditors and so many others will be able to use these reports as a critical financial management tool with broad applications across various organizational roles,” Anelya Grant, chief product officer and co-founder of JustPaid, said in the release
