  • Program Research and Creation Team - You'll work closely with our cross-functional program creation team of research leads, designers, and content strategists. You are not expected to create the core curriculum (we've already done that); you will develop case studies based on your discussions with Featured Guests we schedule
  • Month 1: Program Immersion + Facilitation Training
  • Go through program facilitation training, sharpening your presentation, communication, interviewing and facilitation skills
  • Complete an intense version of Reforge programs, learning Reforge material better than anyone on the team
  • Month 2-3: Lead 1-2 Reforge Programs
  • Be the face and voice for multiple Reforge programs
  • Prepare and lead live sessions which include case studies and expert interviews
  • Facilitate conversations between participants, alumni, and experts at live sessions
  • Build relationships with our world-class members by engaging regularly with them online
  • Experiment with new live formats with the goal of continuously improving the engagement and effectiveness of our programs
  • Month 4-6: Flex Time
  • Different EIRs choose to spend this time differently. Whichever path you choose, Reforge will support using our network, distribution, creation skills, and more. Your time could include:
  • Advising/Consulting external companies
  • Building your personal brand
  • Deepening your network of practitioners and leaders
  • Synthesizing your experience/knowledge
  • Searching for your next role/company
