Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow development and configuration
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, DevOps principles, and cloud-native integrations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow workflows based on government requirements
  • Coordinate with Serena Business Management (SBM) stakeholders to migrate legacy workflows
  • Build and maintain system change request (SCR) and change control board (CCB) workflows
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and Kanban boards to improve operational visibility and performance tracking
  • Support outage tracking, firewall request automation, and TLS certificate management activities
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with change management systems, particularly in federal or DoD environments
  • Familiarity with Serena Business Management (SBM)
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Workflow Specialist)
  • Understanding of DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
  • Past experience working with a federal agency
  • Department of Defense experience is a plus!
