Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, provide event information, and assist with any inquiries
  • Manage the event check-in process, handle guest registrations, and direct participants to the designated areas
  • Assist in the preparation and set-up of event spaces, including arranging seating, decorations, and equipment. Follow directions from the event lead to ensure all logistical requirements are met
  • Help with simple audiovisual setup and troubleshoot basic tech issues during events
  • Assist with basic data entry, maintain guest lists, and support
