Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary.
  • 2-3 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Service-based selling experience is a strong plus!
  • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day.
  • Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.
Responsibilities
  • Calling on urology offices, rehab facilities, and spina bifida clinics.
  • Conducting sales presentations, in-services and developing strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners.
  • Identifying & securing new customers while nurturing relationships with existing offices in the urology category.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts.
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities.
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory.
