Fox has partnered with iSpot to integrate always-on attribution and outcomes measurement into its FOX AdStudio platform. The collaboration provides advertisers with real-time insights into campaign effectiveness and business outcomes across screens and platforms. The stock has returned 96.5% over three years and 83.6% over five years. The partnership supports Fox's strategy of leveraging live news and sports content with data-driven advertising. Fox beats Q2 expectations with $4.21B revenue driven by World Cup, Tubi growth and FOX One launch

Fox reported better-than-expected second-quarter results, with revenue rising 28.1% year-on-year to $4.21 billion and non-GAAP profit of $1.79 per share beating analyst estimates by 29.3%. Streaming platform Tubi achieved 35% revenue growth, driven by a 17% increase in viewing time. The newly launched FOX One direct-to-consumer streaming service exceeded subscriber acquisition expectations. Fox CEO refuses to renegotiate NFL deal early, holds firm until 2029 opt-out window

Fox Corporation is refusing to renegotiate its NFL media rights agreement before the league's 2029 opt-out window. CEO Lachlan Murdoch said the company will wait until closer to the 2030 season to discuss the contract, which runs through 2033 but includes a one-time termination option after 2029. The decision protects Fox from immediate cost increases but leaves the broadcaster vulnerable to competition from streaming platforms. Netflix has expressed interest in pursuing NFL rights when they become available. Fox's latest quarter showed revenue rising 28% to $4.21 billion, with advertising sales up 78% driven by the FIFA World Cup. Adjusted EBITDA increased 27% to $1.20 billion, though higher sports rights costs offset some gains.
