  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired

  • Close the sale with prospects
  • Update availability report and process applications
  • Ensure apartments are ready for move-in
  • Follow up with applicants regarding status
  • Secure new resident signatures on paperwork
  • Assist in monitoring renewals
  • Monitor advertising effectiveness
  • Accept rental payments
  • Type lease and complete paperwork
  • Maintain resident files
  • Distribute company notices
  • Maintain accurate commission records
  • Assist with various tasks as required
  • Receive telephone calls and in-person visits
  • Complete maintenance service requests
  • Maintain open communication with management
  • Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
  • Assist in planning resident functions
  • Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities
