Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a tier 2 technical support role
  • Current Python experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of organization and process-minded approach
  • Any database experience (SQL, NoSQL, key/value)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Git, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with a modern JS framework in a real project
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Customer Facing teams to onboard new customers
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop fixes for Product and Engineering teams
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Improve processes through tools and automation
  • Manage technical projects for new feature rollouts
  • Develop internal processes, best practices, and documentation for efficiency
