THE JOB:

As a Strategic Sourcing Contract Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering value through sourcing excellence while building meaningful relationships across departments and supplier networks. The Strategic Sourcing Contract Manager leads and supports sourcing efforts for assigned categories, managing end-to-end contract lifecycle activities to drive cost savings and ensure top-quality procurement. This role supports multiple verticals including Hospitality and Facilities.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Execute strategic sourcing projects, including RFx (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) processes and contract negotiations across multiple categories.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and Centers of Excellence to drive sourcing initiatives and develop negotiation strategies.

• Conduct total cost analysis, assess supplier proposals, and help implement savings strategies in line with company objectives.

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including redlining, approvals, renewals, and maintaining accurate documentation in contract management systems.

• Assist in developing category strategies and annual savings plans alongside senior sourcing leadership.

• Ensure supplier compliance with gaming jurisdiction regulations and company standards.

• Prepare detailed financial and spend analyses to inform sourcing decisions and highlight trends or discrepancies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously.

• Experience in drafting and redlining contractual agreements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms.

• Demonstrated success in presenting ideas, gaining stakeholder alignment, and managing cross-functional projects.

• Passion for continuous improvement and process efficiency.
