Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
  • Master's degree in engineering preferred
  • 10+ years of industry experience leading test programs or release management for complex integrated products with both software and hardware components
  • Experience in interpreting and implementing safety standards and regulations into release management processes
  • Experience collaborating with Verification and validation teams to define and implement rigorous testing strategies
  • Experience working with Linux, modern build automation platforms, continuous integration (CI) systems
  • Proficiency in change management processes and configuration control practices tailored to safety-critical products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of tool qualification processes
  • Able to travel to US and EU locations
  • Regular working hours while in the US are 8-5 EST
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for enabling product releases
  • Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for tooling and automation
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize product validation processes
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies related to releases
  • Establish and maintain configuration management procedures
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and lead a high-performing release management team
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members
