Job Opportunity: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. If you have strong clinical skills, a caring attitude, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health, including recording vital signs and observing progress.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Active LVN license in the state of California.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
