  • Proven experience in meeting metrics and sales targets through channel partners, preferably within the DevSecOps ecosystem.
  • Background in designing and executing marketing and promotional activities with partners to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth.
  • Track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging DevOps trends impacting customer opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both non-technical and technical leadership.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to leverage resources, resolve conflicts, and drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow CircleCI revenue through AWS achieving quarterly metrics and sales targets.
  • Serve as the nexus of the relationships between the go-to-market teams at CircleCI and AWS.
  • Identify and recruit new AWS go-to-market teams, fostering relationships to drive mutual value and enhance CircleCI's offerings.
  • Collaborate with CircleCI’s Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness and co-selling of CircleCI’s solutions by AWS teams.
  • Run the sales enablement of CircleCI’s go-to-market teams.
  • Manage the metrics dashboard.
  • Work with Sales Engineering to communicate CircleCI’s value proposition to the AWS technical field community.
  • Represent the Voice of the Partner within CircleCI, facilitating partner engagement across all internal functions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives with the Head of Business Development to expand CircleCI's presence in the ecosystem.
