Requirements
  • 3+ years of IT-related experience, including enterprise-level business application support or administration, for the Senior level.
  • 7 years of IT-related experience for the Lead level.
  • Strong application support and administration abilities to troubleshoot, support, and maintain critical application suites and software components supporting a 24x7 operation.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
  • Troubleshooting skills for problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  • Knowledge of IT change management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, project-planning, computing, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a group and as a member of a project team.
  • Excellent collaboration, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work through problems and find solutions.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and education verification.
  • The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Support the technology needs of IT applications across the supported divisions and departments.
  • Support computing applications across the customer base through application configuration, vendor technical support, contractual support, and Data Security Reviews.
  • Participate in and support application upgrades, security patches, testing, documentation, and end-user training.
  • Participate in cross-training with fellow team members to ensure adequate backup for supported applications.
  • Serve as a liaison into the Office of Information Technology and work with information technology support, network, communications operations, information security, systems, and other teams as needed.
  • Partner with customer leadership on technology planning, budgeting, and evaluation of new applications.
  • Support hardware needs except for PCI-related equipment at the Lead level.
