Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional public relations experience in an agency or in-house setting, with expertise in mainstream consumer communications across multiple owned and earned channels.
  • Strong creativity and proactive media and influencer relations skills, with demonstrated ability to devise and manage campaigns.
  • Experience supporting a busy media relations team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with global affairs, legal, marketing, and product teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day delivery of product launches across EMEA by coordinating with multiple EMEA agencies and landing proactive stories, content, and case studies showing how the technology can help people get ahead in life and work.
  • Manage and support creative, proactive communications campaigns, launches, and events across media, influencer, and stakeholder channels that engage mainstream audiences.
  • Manage the delivery of the earned influencer program across EMEA.
  • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and media engagement plans for OpenAI spokespeople.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers across national, mainstream, lifestyle, culture, and technology media across EMEA.
