Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Behavior Technicians to join our team for in-home clients located in Matawan, Hazlet, Union Beach, Long Branch and Carteret.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher degree in related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to to client's within your preferred radius.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Availability during after-school hours (typically 3PM to 6PM, 4Pm to 7PM or 5PM to 8PM).
