ManTech is seekinga motivated, career and customer-orientedDatabase Administrator to join our team inFt. Meade, MD.
Responsibilities includebut are not limited to:
Responsible for designing and creating SQL tables, unstructured data systems, and data transmission interfaces for the interconnecting system associated with the prototype.
Ensure security measures, manage user access, backups, and implement instance tuning and security controls to safeguard the data management system(s).
Collaborates closely with software development teams to support their needs.
Provide planning and guidance to the DB Admin Team, reviewing work products and results to ensure quality and consistency.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order
5 years of experience in position-relevant tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
Vendor tool certifications appropriate to TDL requirements (e.g., Oracle and Mongo).
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain andmaintain a Polygraph.
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
