Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Seven to ten years of Human Resources experience with a strong Human Resources Business Partner focus is required.
  • A solid understanding of employee relations and employment laws is required.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders are required.
  • A data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders in assigned areas.
  • Align Human Resources strategies with business priorities such as member satisfaction, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve engagement, particularly in high-volume, member-facing roles.
  • Support onboarding, career development, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, attendance, and workplace issues.
  • Handle routine employee relations cases and partner with the Employee Relations Manager on complex issues.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across locations.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.
  • Support staffing strategies for branches and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support organizational changes such as new branch openings, restructures, and digital banking initiatives.
  • Assist leaders in communicating and implementing change effectively.
  • Analyze workforce data, including turnover, engagement, and staffing levels, to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Focus on improving retention and performance in member-facing roles.
  • Ensure Human Resources practices align with employment laws and company policies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting frontline or multi-location operations is preferred.
  • Fluency in a second language in addition to English is highly encouraged.
