  • Background includes: proven success in writing content or creating campaign assets that can be tied to success of a campaign
  • Experience testing and optimizing content and CTAs to drive engagement
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B a huge plus
  • Experience with tracking, collecting, analyzing and reporting data
  • Previous experience preferred with a start-up or scale-up tech or SaaS company
  • Must be a self-starter comfortable working autonomously
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on our goals and objectives. Write and edit clear, cohesive, and error-free content across a variety of formats, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and more
  • Build customers stories, social posts, customer presentations, video demos & web page content etc
  • Develop expert-level knowledge on trends in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Grow organic traffic and increase metrics per content type (downloads, CTR, engagement, time-on-page/average watch time)
  • Drive brand awareness within target audiences & a positive shift in perceptions for our key brand attributes
  • Create scalable and repeatable processes for content creation and distribution
  • Develop a scalable process to engage internal and external subject matter experts to create long-form and short-form assets, including written, video, and visual content like case studies, interactive websites, infographics, and guides
  • Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that build brand awareness and engage prospects across the buyer's journey
  • Recommend strategies for content distribution across a variety of channels, including both paid and organic
  • Personalize content for our different target audiences and verticals
