We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead analytics engineering efforts within our Customer Experience team. In this role you will design, build, and enhance the data models underpinning our customer-facing data products.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Own and guide the development of the analytics infrastructure powering our customer-facing data products.
• Characterize the data enhancements needed to support new product use-cases and work with upstream teams to unlock them.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scale how we integrate into customers’ ecosystems.
• Partner with our Data Foundations, Business Intelligence, and Product teams to level up analytics engineering at Spring Health

What we expect from you: 

• You are passionate about changing the face of mental health care and Spring Health’s mission to remove all barriers to mental health resonates with you.
• You have a degree in a STEM-related field and at least 5 years of commercial experience in an analytics engineering role.
• You are an expert in advanced SQL and are comfortable in Python.
• You have hands-on experience building pipelines in dbt and developing end-to-end in Looker.
• Bonus points for experience with API integration, orchestration tools (Airflow), or AWS services (Lambda).
• You are excited about data architecture, design documents, and building scalable solutions.
• You are humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

The target base salary range for this position is $159,100 - $194,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
