Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
  • Minimum of three years of Applied Behavior Analysis experience post-certification.
  • Availability to provide client support within service hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, based on client needs and within the time zone of the caseload.
  • Must reside in one of Kyo's priority states of operation.
  • Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable video conferencing capability.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard computer equipment for the duration of the workday.
Responsibilities
  • Lead individualized ABA programs via Telehealth across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magellan Healthcare, Inc., the behavioral health division of Magellan Health, Inc., announced today the launch of a first-to-market, value-based collaboration with Kyo Autism Therapy, LLC, a California-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider, to drive meaningful and objectively measurable outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
