Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an associates or bachelor's program in computer science, computer information, business information or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to IT operations or end user support.
  • Experience supporting Windows OS and applications.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interacting with team members and internal clients.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to promptly respond to support inquiries via email, phone, and other electronic channels.
Responsibilities
  • Addressing and resolving trouble tickets and documenting case notes using ServiceNow.
  • Setting up and configuring DELL PC/laptop workstations, including software installations.
  • Providing escalated break/fix support for workstations, peripherals, and printers.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues as they arise.
  • Assisting with Digital Technology (DT) projects, varying in scope and duration.
  • Support business applications through general maintenance, administration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Work on business process improvement projects for the different business segments.
  • Attending meetings and providing insights as needed.
  • Offering feedback on product and process improvements.
  • Actively acquiring new skills and responsibilities to support personal and team growth.
