Requirements
  • At least 5 years in an IT Support/Administrator role in a global company
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and macOS hardware and software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with automation and scripting
  • Experience in a cloud native company supporting SaaS like Salesforce, Zoom, Atlassian, Monday.com, etc
  • Experience providing support for iPhone and Android devices
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticket tracking tools such as Jira
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment supporting global employees in both in-person and remote settings
Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will have an appreciation for technology, fundamental technical skills, and the desire to problem solve and think logically
  • You will be managing incoming support tickets for IT systems and equipment, providing proactive support, and resolving matters within SLA timeframes
  • You will configure, install, and monitor systems, maintain inventory and assets, participate in document best practices, logging of incidents, service requests and changes
