Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, from a recognized university.
  • Experience aligning products and features with business goals through market research, customer feedback analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Ability to articulate product vision and goals to delivery teams.
  • Experience writing and refining user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Experience participating in Agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs.
  • Ability to gather customer and end-user feedback and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Experience reviewing completed work and accepting or rejecting it against agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Experience collaborating with customers, business leaders, marketing teams, delivery teams, engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience monitoring product performance using key performance indicators and customer feedback, and iterating the product backlog and roadmap.
  • Experience managing live-product readiness and run activities, including monitoring, governance, and approvals.
  • Experience identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks and aligning product management with control functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for understanding business requirements and delivering quality technical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and data from multiple sources.
  • Ability to communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the product and its features align with broader business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Communicate the product vision and goals to delivery teams.
  • Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs, customer requirements, organizational impacts, risk, and product strategy.
  • Gather feedback from customers and end users to improve the product experience.
  • Review and accept or reject development-team work completed during sprints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product goals, and align the product vision with business objectives.
  • Assess product performance and adjust the roadmap and backlog to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Manage ongoing readiness and run activities for live products, including monitoring, governance, and approvals.
  • Manage product-related risk by identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, escalating issues, and aligning with control functions.
  • Drive the roadmap and execution of the product area or sub-journey using continuous improvement principles.
  • Deliver the technology stack and quality solutions in conjunction with engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with workflow applications and business rules engines.
  • Awareness of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis and functional design, business and technical documentation, test case writing, test case execution, and data analysis.
  • Prior experience as a business analyst in the financial domain, especially customer onboarding, anti-money laundering, and know-your-customer processes.

Supermarket Income REIT secures $565M debt refinancing to cut costs and extend maturity

Supermarket Income REIT has secured a £445 million debt refinancing to lower borrowing costs and extend average debt maturity. The new facilities comprise a £375 million syndicate and £70 million bilateral arrangement, replacing all existing unsecured loan facilities maturing over the next two years. The refinancing includes four facilities ranging from three to five years, all with two one-year extension options. The average margin across facilities is 1.18% above the Sterling Overnight Index Average, delivering annual interest cost savings of approximately £300,000. The REIT has added Lloyds Bank and ABN AMRO as new banking partners whilst retaining relationships with Barclays, HSBC UK, ING and The Royal Bank of Scotland. The refinancing increases the group's weighted average debt maturity from 2.9 years to 3.8 years.
