Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in materials management, manufacturing, operations, or hardware development
  • Experience developing succinct, crisp executive summaries and presenting to leadership
Responsibilities
  • Establish sourcing project plans, milestones, and priorities that align with product development milestones
  • Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans
  • Analyze the complete supply chain for the project by defining and measuring performance criteria (milestone adherence, sourcing progress, etc.) to support strategic decision making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and to communicate key project metrics to the broader organization
  • Manage project timelines and resources, and ensure risk mitigation actions are identified and in place to ensure successful program launches
  • Represent the Supply Chain organization in program meetings to provide updates on project status including highlighting risks, and outlining proposed solutions and mitigating steps
  • Identify critical components and collaborate with Material Program Managers to secure supply continuity from concept phase through transition to CM
  • Manage product changes and collaborate with Technical Program Managers to establish transition plan for supply chain execution
Desired Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a fast paced, highly fluid environment or other evidence of exceptional ability (Product, Automotive or Manufacturing experience is a plus)
  • Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, work across multiple teams, and drive complex schedules, assess priorities, and identify gaps
  • Organizational skills to manage transactional details
  • Excellent analytical skills with spreadsheet tools
  • Demonstrated ability to establish business process issues and drive process improvement
