  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted enablement solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and communicate a clear and compelling value proposition that differentiates our products from competitors.
  • Create competitive battle cards, positioning statements, and objection handling guides for the sales team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and aligns with overall company strategy.
  • Work closely with product management and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful product introductions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and sales insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
