Requirements
  • Undergraduate (entering Junior year or above in the Fall of 2023)
  • 1-2 years of relevant lab experience in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics biophysics, or another science-related field
  • Base understanding of laboratory processes and applications
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in MS Office is preferred
  • Ability to adapt and gain new technical skills for a continual and rapidly changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage CLIA/CAP laboratory operations to meet local and global compliance quality standards
  • Support the maintenance of laboratory equipment to meet quality standards
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of vendors and service personnel
  • Support the maintenance of inventories and supplies to meet the needs of the lab
  • Assist with lab space planning and coordination of facilities work orders
  • Support the planning and preparation of laboratory audits and inspections
  • Drive safety and GxP compliance, ensure quality support resolutions and maintain site & safety protocols
