Job Description

Project Management:

• Lead and drive global R&D engineering projects for the new product development and ratio topics.
• Plan project resources and timeline as per the project agreement.
• Conduct project quality gate meetings with project team and steering committee.
• Execution, monitoring, reporting and escalation to achieve project objectives (quality, cost, time).
• Collaborate with global cross-functions at international locations to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure adherence to product development processes and documentation standards.
• Support process management and user administration topics within R&D area.

Engineering Excellence:

•  Assist in organizing workshops and making engineering strategy.
• Support for implementation, tracking and reporting of defined strategy.
• Prepare reports for evaluation of engineering goals and defined targets.
• Drive the 5S principles, HSE, compliance and engineering excellence topics in the department.
• Drive, track and report the CIP and cost reduction topics in the department.
• Drive initiatives for Digitalization, high performance and innovation culture.
• Improve Engineering process efficiency and facilitate efficient resource allocation
• Standardize best practices across engineering teams within department.
• Support competence management topics in department.

 Proficient in project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a keen eye for detail and cost management.
 Knowledge of product development process and documentation standards.
 Experience conducting quality gate meetings.
 Proficient MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook (proficient email writing)
 Data analytics tools like MS Excel & Power BI.
 Experience with organizing workshop, driving topics for decision making.
 Good English communication and presentation skills.
 Project management skills (planning, organizing, drive and reporting etc.)
