Requirements
  • Must be over 23 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card.
  • At least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up products from customers and vendors while representing Total Tool in a professional manner.
  • Safely and effectively operate a company-provided 26-foot non-commercial driver's license stake bed truck equipped with a liftgate.
  • Check customer orders to verify order accuracy.
  • Keep accurate delivery records.
  • Interact with customers by answering their questions and concerns regarding company policies and products.
  • Support the warehouse area when not driving, including receiving, shipping, putting product away, and general warehouse duties.
  • Maintain a close positive working relationship and open communications with all departments.
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and maintain a clean and safe delivery fleet.

NEFCO Acquires Total Tool Supply

NEFCO, a specialty supply partner for construction trades, has acquired Total Tool Supply, marking its largest acquisition to date and its tenth since 2022. Total Tool, based in St. Paul, MN, has 325 employees and 16 locations across eight states. This acquisition expands NEFCO's reach to 59 locations in 28 states, enhancing its next-day delivery capabilities. NEFCO's President & CEO, Matthew Gelles, highlighted the strategic alignment and expansion into over 60% of the U.S. construction market.
