  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university
  • Proven experience in Product Management and Software Development at scale
  • Experience in building platforms for developers in the Customer Experience and CRM space is a plus. Awareness of adjacent spaces like customer service, sales, marketing tools, and e-commerce is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and goals
  • Develop and execute a roadmap that prioritizes feature development and product enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development efforts with business goals and revenue targets
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Execute successful product launches, including collaborating with relevant internal teams on pricing strategies, sales enablement, and marketing efforts
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements
  • Act as the voice of the customer for the product, ensuring customer needs and feedback are central to product decisions
  • Build trust and influence with key stakeholders and various parts of the business
