  • 2-3 years of experience with customer billing
  • 1 year of experience with Recurly Program or Salesforce
  • Excellent Communication skills - Verbal, written and electronic (sensitivity, high EQ, confidentiality)
  • Exceptional phone presence and soft skills.
  • Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
  • Support multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with proficiency to detail.
  • Experience with ticket queue management, organization, time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Understanding of industry business best practices and regulatory compliances.

Responsibilities
  • Be a part of the Support Team providing exceptional customer service to our partners.
  • Engage, problem solve, and drive resolution with customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer customer questions about their billing account needs and resolve any errors.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Finance Departments and the customer to resolve issues.
  • Work with customers to set up payment plans and ensure bills are paid.
  • Handle processing cancellations, refunds, or coupons in a sensitive manner.
  • Manage customer accounts, collect payments, and update accounts to reflect changes.
  • Maintain preparation of bills, resolve discrepancies in billing records.
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and past due deadlines.
  • Engage and communicate with our partners through Salesforce systems.
