Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or economics; Finance and/or Accounting preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or investment banking
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office or Google Workspace
Responsibilities
  • Play a pivotal role in the monthly, quarterly and annual planning/forecasting process
  • Own the consolidated financial model; working with various business stakeholders to align on key drivers
  • Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end close to ensure that expenses are properly recorded
  • Analyze and report on historical results to ensure that the company is performing according to plan
  • Partner with the Head of FP&A in developing and reporting on business KPIs
  • Provide financial support to any ad hoc analysis required from various parts of the business
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a high growth start-up or SaaS company
  • Experience with Netsuite or other ERP systems
  • Experience with financial planning tools
