Requirements
  • The ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Top Secret level.
  • Expert proficiency in design tools and a strong command of front-end technologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and a minimum of seven to nine years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sophisticated user interfaces.
  • Lead the creation of user personas and comprehensive user research analyses.
  • Develop complex wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for multiple platforms.
  • Oversee usability testing, gather insights, and implement improvements.
  • Drive a user-centric approach in every design decision and project undertaking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, align, and execute design solutions.
  • Refine and expand the company's design system and style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to present concepts, gather feedback, and iterate designs.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines, scope, and budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills.
