Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 5 years in ITSM or infrastructure software.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex SaaS/software deals.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, enterprise IT operations, and service automation.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical product discussions without reliance on solutions engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful sales collateral and enablement tools from scratch.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to both business and technical audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle for ITSM software — from lead qualification to close — across assigned territories and verticals.
  • Strategically target and penetrate large enterprise accounts, including Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Lead executive-level and technical discussions with IT, operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and business value without dependency on pre-sales support.
  • Create, refine, and own sales assets including sales presentations, ROI calculators, battle cards, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to align on GTM strategy and customer feedback loops.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to junior account executives, helping build a high-performing software sales culture.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization.
