Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 2-4 years of experience practicing law with a focus on data privacy, cybersecurity, technology law, or healthcare regulatory matters, including corporate experience (preferred) or prior in-house experience (a plus) or substantial experience advising corporate clients
  • Demonstrated operational experience in data privacy programs, including direct involvement in real-world implementations and support of business operations
  • Proven ability to manage and respond to data privacy incidents (e.g., data breaches, unauthorized disclosures), including risk assessment, legal analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of major privacy laws and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and similar laws)
  • Experience drafting and negotiating privacy-related contractual provisions in a commercial setting
  • Experience supporting privacy compliance in the healthcare, health technology, life sciences, or health science services sector
  • Familiarity with privacy technologies, data governance tools (OneTrust TrustArc, Osano), and operational privacy compliance processes
  • Data privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, or AIGP are a plus
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills—able to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

EVERSANA has appointed Mike Guarino as chief executive officer of EVERSANA INTOUCH, its global health agency. Guarino will lead strategy and operations across the agency's capabilities, focusing on integrating commercialisation opportunities through data and AI to deliver marketing solutions for life sciences clients. Guarino brings extensive agency experience, most recently serving as chief commercial officer at IPG Health. He spent over two decades in senior roles at FCB Health and co-founded Area 23. Senior leaders including Ann Cave, Susan Perlbachs, John Kenny and Dan Gandor will report to Guarino. Candel Therapeutics announces commercial agreement with EVERSANA to support U.S. launch of prostate cancer therapy. Candel Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing multimodal immunotherapies to help patients with cancer, today announced that it entered into a product commercialization agreement with EVERSANA, a provider of global commercialization services to the life sciences industry, to support the potential U.S. commercial launch of aglatimagene besadenovec (aglatimagene or CAN-2409) for the treatment of intermediate- to high-risk, localized prostate cancer. Under the terms of the agreement, EVERSANA will provide Candel with a broad suite of integrated commercialization services including data and analytics, medical affairs, market access, and field operations. EVERSANA joins IDEA Pharma, a division of SAI MedPartners (IDEA), which has been providing path-to-market strategies and strategic positioning for aglatimagene. Xcovery partners with EVERSANA to expand US launch of lung cancer drug Ensacove

Xcovery Holdings has partnered with EVERSANA to support the US commercial launch of Ensacove (ensartinib), a novel therapy for adult patients with ALK-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have not previously received an ALK inhibitor. Under the agreement, EVERSANA will provide comprehensive end-to-end commercialisation services, including market access and commercial and medical teams. Ensacove is a next-generation ALK inhibitor jointly developed by Xcovery and Betta Pharmaceuticals and is now available in the United States.
