Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop associates responsible for Base seller engagement.
  • Establish best practices for RNL and SSRA seller engagement, ensuring consistent execution across the team.
  • Lead initiatives to improve seller outreach effectiveness and pipeline management.
  • Design and implement improvements to the seller handoff process, ensuring accuracy in seller tier assignments.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms for assessing seller potential, utilizing data analytics and seller profiling insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data capture during the seller application and onboarding process.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce time-to-launch for RNL sellers by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies for engaging stalled sellers, increasing conversion to live status.
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to improve the onboarding experience across different seller categories.
  • Build engagement programs to drive GMV growth for newly launched Base sellers.
  • Leverage 1: many communication strategies to educate sellers on platform best practices and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve seller adoption of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Marketplace Connect (WMC), and promotional opportunities.
  • Partner with RNL, SSRA, Sales Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless seller transitions.
  • Work with Analytics and Product teams to refine seller onboarding workflows and automation capabilities.
  • Advocate for seller experience improvements and program enhancements to accelerate seller success.
  • Utilize analytics to track seller engagement trends and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Report on performance KPIs, pipeline efficiency, and process improvements to senior leadership.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve seller categorization and onboarding efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketplace: Seller Development, or Sales Strategy.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools for seller engagement.
  • Proven ability to build and implement large-scale process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce seller dynamics, onboarding best practices, and growth levers.
