Stride Funding provides financial solutions for students seeking to finance their education through Income Share Agreements (ISAs). With an ISA, students receive funding for their education in exchange for a percentage of their future income for a specified period. This model is designed to align the interests of both the students and the funding provider, as repayments depend on the student's earnings after graduation, making it an attractive alternative to traditional student loans. Stride Funding's revenue is linked to the success of its clients, motivating the company to support students in achieving positive career outcomes. Additionally, Stride partners with employers to supply pre-screened candidates, helping to lower hiring costs and improve retention. The company also offers resources to assist students in managing their finances and making informed educational and career choices, with a mission focused on inclusivity and mutual success.
