• A desire to put the users first, and to consider the users while making design decisions 
• Able to read requirements and apply user-centered design to improve the overall user experience 
• Self-starter who can work independently, and ask questions when needed, to complete key design tasks 
• Assist UX Team with design deliverables as needed 
• Follow and contribute to the Symbotic UI Design System 
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to help produce sketches, wireframes, visual designs 
• Help convert wireframes into clickable prototypes 
• Willing to meet with users and stakeholders to ask questions, provide answers, garner feedback on designs and participate in discussions 
• Create, review, collaborate on research discovery and design presentations 

• Currently pursuing degree in design related field (User Experience, User Design, etc) 
• Familiar with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint 
• Comfortable working across technology teams, with good interpersonal communication skills 
• Capable of managing work, timelines, deadlines in JIRA, Confluence etc. 
• Knowledge of front-end coding
