  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AI integration, automation, or engineering process optimization
  • Strong understanding of Systems and Test Engineering, Safety Engineering, and/or Software Development
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Responsibilities
  • Engineering Process Automation: Implement AI-driven automation for Systems and Test Engineering workflows by optimizing requirement management, validation, and verification.
  • Product Management Enhancement: Utilize generative AI to create and refine user journeys, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Product Management Enhancement: Develop automated workflows that translate user journeys into detailed product specifications, feeding directly into the system engineering process.
  • Software Development & CI/CD Automation: Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines to streamline software testing, code generation, and deployment.
  • Software Development & CI/CD Automation: Enhance software development workflows with AI-assisted code review, bug detection, and optimization.
  • Safety Engineering Optimization: Leverage AI to automate and enhance Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).
  • Safety Engineering Optimization: Develop AI-assisted tools for safety requirement generation and compliance monitoring.
  • AI Workflow Automation & Implementation: Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that enhance cross-functional collaboration between engineering, safety, software, and product teams.
  • AI Workflow Automation & Implementation: Integrate AI tools with existing enterprise systems, ensuring seamless adoption and interoperability.
  • AI Workflow Automation & Implementation: Ensure AI-driven solutions align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
