Requirements
  • One to two years of experience in a customer service role within an office environment is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboarding, internet search, email correspondence, mathematics, and software applications is required.
  • The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing customer service.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, routines, and accepted practices.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office and provide professional support to employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with general front-office operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Monitor office supply levels and ensure supplies are ordered, stocked, and available on time.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment, including shared spaces, supplies, and general office readiness.
  • Support office management functions by coordinating routine administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
  • Complete administrative and computer-based tasks, including email correspondence and data entry in Payscan, Yardi, and other internal platforms.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, preparation of materials, note taking, and follow-up on administrative items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential financial, employee, and business information with discretion.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain familiarity with company policies, procedures, and internal contacts to support office operations.
  • Attend and participate in department, regional, or company meetings, training sessions, and other work-related activities as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety regulations, and Liberty Military Housing standard operating procedures.
  • Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various work locations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and other software applications such as Yardi is preferred.
