Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, and/or advanced in ERP
  • 5+ years’ experience in inventory management or working with offsite storage facilities
  • Clear understanding of SOX requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and enhance processes
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, dependable, and ethical
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
  • Manage daily inbound, outbound, and transfer orders from manufacturing sites to global warehouse locations
  • Perform monthly goods and WIP inventory reconciliations, adjustments, and warehouse audits
  • Support efforts to review monthly and quarterly KPIs for successful logistics and warehouse operations
  • Research late deliveries, chargebacks, inventory shortages, and inconsistencies with carriers and warehouse sites
  • Conduct reviews of rates, gather market data, and drive Business Reviews
  • Deliver high-quality project deliverables on time with attention to detail
  • Analyze monthly inbound forecasts, process invoices, and ensure on-time payment
  • Reconcile and provide disposition for RMA stock, converting to warranty units
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
