Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • GPA above 3.4
  • Part-time/summer job/internship experience is a must
  • Customer service experience in any industry
  • Advertising/marketing agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with websites, social media and/or digital marketing
  • Excel/Google Docs skills
  • Presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Accept inbound calls from sales prospects and communicate with them throughout the sales cycle
  • Qualify leads to ensure effective partnerships
  • Follow up with new prospects with the goal of converting them into new clients
  • Call and schedule appointments with sales leads
  • Develop and pitch web marketing strategies to potential clients
  • Create and present proposals to prospective and existing clients (mostly via phone & video calls, but occasionally in-person)
  • Study the features and benefits of WebFX products and services with the goal of matching them to a prospect’s needs
  • Support Sr. level account team in developing marketing strategies and client recommendations
  • Act as an administrator for our company CRM, and assist the Sr. Inbound Sales team with scheduling
