Requirements
  • At least eight years of professional experience in a Sales department, or in Consulting
  • Masters degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a similar field
  • Previous role in Marketing and Sales, finance, or strategic consulting highly preferred
  • Experience in Advanced Project Management, involving problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate within a complex matrix organization
  • Former experience in managing a team
  • Comfortable and impactful communication skills – able to collaborate and influence all levels from executive to operational, positively managing change
  • Empathy and human relationship skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive data-driven business insights
  • Computer skills with high proficiency using financial analysis tools such as Excel; SQL is a plus
  • Fluent business English
Responsibilities
  • MANAGE STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PRIORITIES FOR A PROFITABLE GROWTH: Drive consistent growth by identifying, proposing and implementing new commercial methodologies and strategies
  • MANAGE STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PRIORITIES FOR A PROFITABLE GROWTH: Manage Commercial and Pricing strategic projects, assess their business cases and prioritize based on value for Veepee, Brands and Members
  • MANAGE STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PRIORITIES FOR A PROFITABLE GROWTH: Be the guardian of competitiveness and profitability by setting pricing and shipping fees guidelines and methodology
  • MANAGE STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PRIORITIES FOR A PROFITABLE GROWTH: Set up Commercial and Pricing key objectives and KPIs to measure impact on business performance
  • LEVERAGE OUR DATA TREASURE FOR DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS: Manage and collaborate with Data Team, to leverage all relevant data sources to monitor commercial and pricing activities
  • MONITOR DESIGN OF EFFICIENT PROCESSES AND TOOLING: Propose efficient processes and tools to sourcing teams to guarantee a smooth commercial process, also in line with compliance requirements

Unlike many retailers, Veepee relies on exclusive, time-limited sales to create urgency and partners with brands to provide a channel for clearing excess stock without diluting brand image.
