  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and UX Principles

  • Working knowledge of the discipline of TBM (Technology Business Management) and the Apptio financial transparency application
Responsibilities
  • Establish product vision and ensure a shared understanding across all parties
  • Collaborate and communicate with executive steering committees on roadmap priorities and recommended features
  • Perform product research and obtain customer feedback
  • Work with users to understand and validate their needs using Lean and UX design principles
  • Collaborate with business and technical groups to design and develop product features
  • Develop, define, maintain, and communicate the product strategy, roadmap, and release plans
  • Prioritize product goals and objectives developed in Product Strategy and maintained in a product backlog and roadmap
  • Understand and communicate relative pros and cons of various product offerings
  • Measure customer satisfaction and define and measure the success of changes made to the product
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to gain valuable customer feedback on the product being developed
  • Perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
