  • Experience in leading both in-person and virtual sessions
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
  • Previous quota carrying experience in a high growth company is ideal
Responsibilities
  • Building out a best in class sales enablement programme
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops
  • Reviewing and iterating sales collateral
  • Collaborating with the broader business to support training on new products
  • Supporting AEs in the sales cycle
  • Building and owning metrics to measure the impact of enablement on AE productivity
  • Building a culture of continuous learning and development within the Commercial org
