Requirements
  • A high school diploma and six years directly related experience (information systems or clinical); or a bachelor's degree and two years directly related experience; or a master's degree in a related field (information systems, clinical, or business).
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, project management and communication skills.

  • Provide operational, consultative and collaborative functions within the Information Solutions to support the clinical program applications, maintain system updates, and support operational end users.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support while maintaining a professional attitude and exhibiting excellent customer service skills.
  • Participate in team and project meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Lead designated projects.
  • Provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency.
