Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, product deployment, industrial operations, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and driving results without direct authority over all participants.
  • Strong program planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building processes, governance structures, operating models, or teams within a growing organization.
  • Proven ability to manage risk, resolve issues, and maintain execution momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related reporting tools.
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex supply chain and product deployment programs from order release through customer acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans.
  • Establish and drive program governance, operating rhythms, reporting, and accountability.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive execution against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and customer commitments.
  • Coordinate activities across contract manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Support supplier qualification, manufacturing readiness, production scaling, and capacity planning efforts.
  • Ensure manufacturing schedules remain aligned with customer delivery requirements.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to proactively resolve risks and constraints.
  • Support the development of scalable manufacturing and supply chain processes as the organization grows.
  • Oversee logistics planning, transportation, site readiness, delivery coordination, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate installation, startup, and commissioning readiness with internal and external teams.
  • Monitor risks related to materials, transportation, schedules, labor availability, and site constraints.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between manufacturing, delivery, deployment, and customer handoff activities.
  • Establish consistent reporting practices and executive visibility into program performance.
  • Maintain program documentation, forecasts, action logs, risk registers, and milestone tracking.
  • Facilitate regular operating reviews with leadership teams.
  • Escalate issues early and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and scale strategic program management capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop future project and program management resources.
  • Establish best practices, frameworks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support organizational planning, staffing, onboarding, and capability development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Program Management experience.
  • Contract manufacturing or supplier management experience.
  • New Product Introduction or product commercialization experience.
  • Experience supporting industrial equipment, mechanical systems, HVAC, cooling infrastructure, power systems, or engineered products.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, or other enterprise operations systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and supplier qualification processes.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications.
  • Data center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
