  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • 2–5 years in Quality Engineering, product development, and manufacturing (sheet metal, plastics, coatings, assembly)
  • Experience with consumer goods and third-party manufacturing in Asia
  • Proficient in quality standards: 8D, APQP, DFSS, ISO 9001:2015
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Skilled in technical writing, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced data analytics skills; experience with DOMO or similar tools
Responsibilities
  • Support APQP activities including risk assessments, FMEAs, Control Plans, and reliability testing (IQC/ORT)
  • Define CTC/CTQ characteristics, establish measurement tools, and ensure process capability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues through CA/PA before mass production
  • Analyze and report quality data from field and OEM sites to identify defect trends
  • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement data-driven corrective actions
  • Enhance quality process controls and maintain up-to-date documentation
