What You'll Do

• Learn to own pipeline creation inside a regional pod in North America, working alongside an AE on a shared target - every lead worked quickly, every account multithreaded, no coverage gap left behind.

• Build outbound skills from the ground up - researching accounts, identifying the right stakeholders, and crafting outreach that earns a reply because it's specific and relevant, not because a sequence fired it.

• Qualify with rigor, learning to confirm pain, need, timeline, and authority before booking, so every meeting the pod runs is worth running.

• Work closely with AEs, marketing, and the events team from day one, giving you exposure across the full go-to-market motion rather than a narrow, siloed seat.

• Build your own AI workflows, agents, or systems using AI tools that make you measurably faster and better over time.

We expect this, but here's what you get in return:

• NA hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, fixed, ongoing. In return: the earliest seat in a category still being defined, real deals with CIOs and AI builders while the playbook's still being written. Only apply if that trade works for you.

• The motion shifts under you constantly - new tools, new personas, new messaging, some weeks all three. You reset fast, take feedback without flinching, hold your own bar with no one watching. Do it for a year and you'll have judgement most three-year reps don't.

• Grow. From here: ABX, GTM Engineering, player-coach/team lead, Customer Success, or partnerships - this is a first step in a career, not just a first job.

• The deals are widening too. Two years ago these deals were almost entirely with data governance teams; today they pull in CIOs, finance, data-security, and AI builders as stakeholders. You'll read a stakeholder map most BDRs don't see this early.

• You've taken the time to understand what the BDR/SDR role actually involves - the outbound work, the qualification process, the day-to-day rhythm.

• Genuinely AI-native, not just an AI user: you've already built something with AI - An automation, an agent, a workflow, a side project - where AI changed how you did the work, not just sped up a single task like writing an email. Come ready to show us what you've built, not just what tools you use.

• You communicate with precision and confidence, in writing and out loud, and you treat personalization as a non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have.

• You're excited by category creation - by the idea of helping define what "AI Context Platform" means.
